In A Peninsula Far, Far Away…

In May of last year (2016), scenes from the upcoming film were shot at an undisclosed location in Malin Head, Inishowen, Ireland’s Most Northerly Point. Many moments were captured during the time spent by cast and crew in Inishowen that have had a lasting impression on both locals, visitors and fans of the franchise.

Star Wars cast and crew while in Inishowen experienced culture, breathtaking scenery and traditional music. During filming, Inishowen was looking its best in the sunshine and brimming with excited locals and visitors trying to catch a glimpse of the set.
