Supporting Local In Inishowen, Donegal
Shortly after opening Glendowen Craft Shop, feedback and requests from visitors led, owner and crafter Ann McGonigle, to showcase the work of other creatives in the Inishowen Peninsula and wider Donegal Area. You will discover that over 70% of the items in the shop are sourced and made from local/Irish materials. Both Donegal Tweed and Yarn are primarily used in Ann’s range of garments and jewellery is sourced from Magee’s of Donegal Town and McNutt’s of Downings, Donegal.
