2017 has started on a high here in County Donegal with National Geographic Traveller magazine stating Donegal is the top spot on their Cool List that reveals the culture capitals, hipster hotspots, wild escapes and places generally keeping it cool in 2017. Being voted “Coolest place to visit on the planet” couldn’t be a better reason to choose Inishowen for that much needed break away.

Inishowen has 10 Wild Atlantic Way Discovery points with Malin Head hosting the 1st Signature Point on the WAW. Inishowen oozes with breathtaking scenery around every bend, Blue Flag beaches and offshore islands; the geographical location could be described as “the jewel in the crown of Ireland”.
